Our simple booking process has two easy steps.

1) E-contract review and signing.

2) A 50% deposit payment due within 15 days of contract signing. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of service.

Peak Season months have a premium price due to high volume and competitive demand for our best musicians.

Peak Season: March, April, May, September, October, November

Off Season: January, February, June, July, August, December

For the most occasions, there are no additional fees. A couple of rare exceptions would be:

• A small travel fee for distances more than 25 miles from Austin
• A $100 per musician fee for services during the holiday season (Dec 18—Jan 6)

For wedding ceremonies, we’re always happy to prepare 1 custom song request for the processionals and recessional program at no extra charge.

Additional arrangements, including custom songs for prelude, cocktail hour, reception dinner, or private/corporate events are $65 each.

This pricing includes song transcription, arranging/composition, engraving, and printing—usually between 40-60 minutes of work per song.

1 hr = Ceremony; Cocktail Hour

2 hrs = Ceremony + Cocktail Hour; Reception Dinner

3 hrs = Cocktail Hour + Reception Dinner; Ceremony + Cocktail and Reception Dinner (1 hr each)
